When you call to schedule your cleaning we'll give you an estimate of the total charges; the final price will be determined after our technician inspects your carpet/upholstery and reaches an agreement with you, prior to starting the job.

Payment is expected at the time of cleaning unless other arrangements are made when scheduling the job.

Typical conditions that may affect the cost of your job:
- Very large rooms may be counted as 2 rooms.
- Very small hallways, bathrooms or walk-in closets may not be counted as a room/area.
- Excessive staining or specific stains that require special treatment/processes to clean.
- An excess mileage fee may apply to jobs outside of the city limits of Bend and Redmond. This will be determined when you schedule the job.
- Difficult access to the dwelling, and/or areas to be cleaned.

To help maintain our low rates, we ask that your carpets be vacuumed prior to our arrival and deep cleaning.
